What is ReadyRise?
Voice AI interview practice, graded against the rubric your target company actually uses. You paste a job link. ReadyRise pulls that company's hiring rubric, runs a real spoken interview, and scores your answers against the principles they actually hire for.
How is ReadyRise different from generic interview prep?
Generic tools score you against universal STAR-method criteria. ReadyRise scores you against the company's actual rubric — Amazon's Leadership Principles, Stripe's operating principles, Netflix's culture deck. Same answer, different feedback at different companies.
Is the AI interviewer a real person?
No. The AI personas are fictional. They're generic first names plus a role plus a company. We never claim ReadyRise has hired actual employees of any company.
Are you affiliated with the companies you mention?
No. ReadyRise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company referenced. Information about hiring practices is compiled from public sources — careers pages, published values, public engineering blogs.
Can I use ReadyRise during a real interview?
No. ReadyRise is for practice only. Using ReadyRise or any AI tool during a real interview without disclosing it is a serious breach of professional ethics and a violation of our Terms of Service.
Do you record my voice?
Yes — we record practice sessions to generate your feedback. You can delete recordings any time from Settings. Free-tier audio auto-deletes after 30 days; Pro after 90 days.
Do you train AI on my data?
Not unless you opt in. The AI training opt-in toggle in Settings is OFF by default. We have to ask you explicitly before any of your data is used for model training.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. Your data is hard-deleted within 30 days. We send a confirmation email when the deletion completes.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Download my data. We email a JSON export of your account, sessions, transcripts, and feedback within 30 days.
How much does ReadyRise cost?
Free includes 2 sessions a month. Pro is $29/month for unlimited sessions, or $199/year (43% off). See /pricing.
How is feedback generated?
After each session, Claude analyzes the transcript against the company's rubric, mapping each answer to specific principles. Voice metrics — filler words, pace, pauses — are extracted from the audio. The two are merged into a per-principle score and a written report.
What companies do you cover?
See /companies for the full list. We hand-curate each entry. New companies are prioritized by user demand — paste a job link for a missing company and we'll log the request.
