Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReadyRise (“the Service”), operated by ReadyRise AI (“ReadyRise,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Plain-language summary: ReadyRise is a practice tool, not a guarantee of getting hired. We grade your answers against publicly available rubrics. You own your content; we own the product. If you don’t like the Service, you can cancel and delete your account at any time.

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. By signing up you represent that you are. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misrepresent age.

You’re responsible for the security of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us at security@readyrise.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

• · Free tier: two practice sessions per calendar month. Counter resets on the first of each month.
• · Pro Monthly: $29 per month, charged through Stripe. Unlimited sessions.
• · Pro Annual: $199 per year, charged through Stripe. Unlimited sessions.
• · Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the period ends.
• · Cancellation: cancel anytime in Account > Billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• · Refunds: we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
• · Taxes: prices exclude sales tax, VAT, and similar taxes, which Stripe calculates and collects where required.

You agree not to:

• · Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• · Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• · Submit content you don’t have the right to share (e.g. someone else’s resume, copyrighted material you don’t own)
• · Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, scrape the knowledge bank, or extract proprietary rubrics for resale
• · Interfere with the Service (DDoS, abusive automation, attempts to bypass rate limits)
• · Use the Service to evaluate or coach other candidates without their knowledge and consent

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Repeated or severe violations forfeit any unused subscription credit.

ReadyRise generates AI feedback based on publicly available information about companies’ published hiring practices. It is practice material, not professional career advice, employment counseling, or a guarantee of any outcome.

ReadyRise is not affiliated with the companies referenced (e.g. Amazon, Stripe). Their names appear because their hiring rubrics are publicly documented and useful for practice. Real interviewers may evaluate differently.

Our IP. The Service, including the knowledge bank, prompts, models, design system, code, and brand assets, belongs to ReadyRise. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal interview practice.

Your content. Your resume, transcripts, audio, stories, and other content you submit remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and analyze them solely to operate the Service for you. If you opt in to AI training (off by default), the license extends to model improvement, anonymized and aggregated where feasible.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

You may terminate your account at any time from Account > Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms, fraud, or as required by law. On termination, your data is deleted per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE AI FEEDBACK IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR ANY PARTICULAR INTERVIEW OUTCOME.

[TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL] Liability cap (typically capped at the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or $100). Carve-outs for gross negligence, willful misconduct, and indemnity obligations. Consequential-damages waiver.

[TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL] User indemnification of ReadyRise for misuse, third-party content, IP violations.

[TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL] Governing law (typically state of formation), venue, arbitration vs. court, class-action waiver, severability, opt-out window if arbitration clause is included.

When we make a material change, we’ll email registered users at least 30 days in advance and update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
